Traditional Java programmers find the transition to ActionScriptâ€”the Flex programming languageâ€”smooth and familiar. lol Persuading Java programmers to take up a niche (it's not exactly out there is it) technology on the other hand is very challenging. It's nice to see that Adobe recognise the recruitment issue.
