Well, at least I think it is the first. Adedeji Olowe is a ColdFusion developers based in Nigeria, and he is blogging (using Ray Camden's blog.cfc).

Adedeji contacted me a while back looking into blogging software and its good to see that he's gotten proactive with his blog (his wife was on his back about going online and he was 7 months overdue) heh. Kudos, more international bloggers in our MX community, the better!.
